What do I need to do to get the TERRA B authority discount?

1. Register as a customer in the TERRA B online shop if you do not yet have a customer account with us.
2. Please send us a copy of your authority or military ID card as proof of your official capacity using the CONTACT FORM below. Please black out your personal data such as your personnel number or date of birth. We only need your full name to be visible on the proof.
3. As soon as we receive your message, we will send you an email within 48 hours confirming that the government discount has been successfully applied.
4. The discounted prices will be displayed automatically during your next purchase as soon as you log in to your user account.

Terms & Conditions – “TERRA B Government Discount”

1. Organizer
   The organizer of the “TERRA B Government Discount” program is TERRA B GmbH (“TERRA B”).
2. Eligibility
   Eligible participants are active members of national or international public agencies/organizations, e.g., police, emergency medical services, fire services, and members of the armed forces (hereinafter “participants”).
3. Geographic Scope
   The program is available worldwide, subject to local legal restrictions and applicable export/sanctions controls.
4. Discount Scope
   The discount is 10% and applies exclusively to products manufactured by TERRA B. Purchased merchandise items and comparable third-party products are excluded.
5. Registration & Customer Account
   Participation requires a customer account on terra-b.de with a valid email address.
6. Verification of Government/Agency Status
   Activation requires a valid service ID or equivalent proof from a national or international agency.
   – Required visibility: Name and agency must be clearly identifiable.
   – Data minimization: All other personal data may be redacted.
   TERRA B may request additional proof in justified cases.
7. Re-Verification
   TERRA B may re-verify eligibility at reasonable intervals (e.g., at least every 24 months) or for cause. If re-verification is not completed or is unsuccessful, the discount may be suspended or revoked.
8. Personal Use / Non-Transferability
   The discount is personal to the registered participant and may only be used by that person. Transfer, sharing, or use on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
9. Order Limits & No Resale
   Purchases for resale are prohibited. TERRA B reserves the right to limit order quantities per item, per order, and/or per time period as appropriate.
10. Abuse, Suspension & Cancellation
    In the event of a suspected abuse (e.g., use for third parties, false information), TERRA B may immediately revoke the discount, cancel orders, and/or suspend participation.
11. Combinability & Exclusions
    The discount does not apply to shipping costs, services, gift cards, or already discounted third-party items.
    Combining with other discounts/promotions, vouchers, bundle pricing, or time-limited special offers is excluded, unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Retroactive Application & Cash Payout
    Retroactive application of the discount to previously placed orders is excluded. No cash alternative or credit of the discount value is available.
13. Returns/Refunds
    In case of returns, the actual amount paid will be refunded. The discount value expires and will not be paid out.
14. Newsletter
    By registering for the Government Discount, participants agree to be initially subscribed to the TERRA B newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link included in every email.
15. Data Protection
    Personal data is processed solely for verification and administration of the program. TERRA B’s Privacy Notice in its current version applies (available on terra-b.de).
16. Program Changes
    TERRA B reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the program and these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on terra-b.de.
17. Governing Terms (GTC)
    TERRA B’s General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply in their current version.
