All In One – soft and hard ballistic! 

Clunky was yesterday – our Overt Soft Ballistic Carrier is your comfortable second skin for everyday duty. Due to the slim cut and the compact design, the vest adapts easily to your body and draws a slim silhouette. Two of its absolute advantages, however, are hidden inside:

1. 1. The concealed cable routing! Radio cables can be easily hidden and integrated into the vest. This prevents tangling or unintentional cable tearing in your operations.
   2. An integrated plate compartment! This allows you to insert additional hard ballistic plates in high risk situations.

Features

Processed 3D mesh fabric on the body-facing side supports the pleasant wearing comfort and prevents congestion heat. The generous MOLLE surface offers you enough space for attaching additional equipment, such as pouches and placards – even on the front flanks behind the cummerbund. On the front and back of the vest, the design has been supplemented with large Velcro areas above. This allows you to choose whether your pouches (e.g. the Note Pouch) should be attached to your vest via the MOLLE system or the Velcro system. The material mix of single-layer CORDURA® fabric and double-layer CORDURA® laminate combines flexible, snug parts with robust parts where they are needed.

The cummerbund, made of robust-elastic polyester rubber band, is attached to the vest with Velcro. It is thereby flexibly lockable to the respective body circumference and adapts to your movement. To ensure an even better fit of the vest, especially during movement-intensive activities, the rear part of the vest has another inner cummerbund made of elastic band, which you put around your body.

But the absolute heart of the vest is the cable compartment, which is located both on the front and on the back of the vest behind the MOLLE front and is accessible via the wide flap. By means of various openings above and to the side of the MOLLE panel and generous Velcro areas, you can guide and attach the radio cables in a hidden manner. Two rubber strap loops on the front additionally allow for Push-To-Talk (PTT) or further routing of the cables. 

Integrated plate compartment

The integrated plate compartment is not simply attached to the vest, as is often the case. In this combined carrier, the plate compartment has been tightly integrated into the vest and sits behind the cable layer and in front of the soft ballistic layer. Thus, even when wearing soft and hard ballistics in combination, the Overt Soft Ballistic Carrier maintains its slim silhouette and is not bulky. The plate compartment can be operated via a Velcro closure. The plate is secured by a sewed-in webbing holder. This also protects the plate from sliding back and forth during a movement.
